my thoughts about VLSI/ASIC/Life/God…

dog on Duty : do you have one for your Chip

what do dog’s do?

what is Dog’s Duty?

which way Dog is related to a concept in my Chip?

Do i need a watch Dog or a sleeping dog?

come on Dude, lets get to the basics and correlate things…

Watch Dogs help me and assists me, when iam in sound sleep, if some strange thing happens, a similar concept is used called as “Watch Dog Timer”, when the chip goes to hangover mode means when there is no activity in a chip for quite some time(you specify how much time you feel is strange) . A timer starts counting when there is no activity and executes an Chip Reset, to awake the chip from hang-over state, where the chip is in an end-less loop and not able to decide what to do…
